Credit
Card Payments
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. In the event
of a return, purchases made from a credit card will only be refunded to
the same card.

Noble
Packaging wants to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are uncomfortable
using a credit card over the Internet, you can call us toll-free at 1-800-864-7675 to complete your order and receive the same great service
as placing your order online, or send us a fax. If you choose to send
a fax, we suggest that you fax a printed copy of your shopping cart with
the order details.
Pay
C.O.D.
Once
we receive your order, a customer service representative will process
your order. You may choose to be called or not prior to your order being
shipped to have the total confirmed.
Pay
with your Noble Corporate Account
If you already have filled a credit application at Noble, you may have
your order shipped to you and billed to your existing account. If you wish
to fill a Noble credit application to make a Corporate Account, please
contact us.

Do I Place an Order?
Placing
an order on Noble Packaging is easy. Just follow these simple steps.
Finding
The Item That's Right For You
By using
the menus on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse Noble Packaging
by product category. You can also search for a specific item by using
the "search" box. To access more information about a product,
click on the image you will be taken to the item's product detail page
where you can view a larger image and add it to your shopping bag.
How
Do I Use The Shopping Bag?
To place
a product in your shopping bag, select it, and then click the "add
to cart" button. Use the "continue shopping" button to
continue browsing, or click "checkout" to complete your order.
Remember, by clicking the link in the upper left-hand corner of your
screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to
add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail
address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail
address, you can place your order with one of our Customer Service Representatives
by calling at 1-800-864-7675.
Purchasing
When
you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items
you've placed in your shopping bag. If you decide that you don't want
a particular product, check "Remove." Once you have all the
items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.
Shipping
and Billing
Once
you've clicked "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing
and/or shipping information, (IMPORTANT: billing address must be entered
exactly as it appears on your credit card statement), choose a shipping
method, and select your method of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover Card.
Review
and Place Your Order
Be
sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary
changes before confirming your order. Once you place your order, you will
see a confirmation page with your confirmation number. We will also send
you a confirmation e-mail message.

Do I Pay Sales
Tax?
US shoppers
pay no sales tax on products.
Canadian
shoppers will be charged GST and their respective applicable provincial
sales tax.
Shoppers
from the UK shipping to the UK and shoppers from Northern Ireland shipping
to Northern Ireland pay a 17.5% vat. UK shoppers who will have their order
shipped to outside of the UK, and Northern Ireland shoppers who will have
their order shipped to outside of Northern Ireland do not pay tax.

Shipping
/ Delivery
NOBLE
delivers orders to the United States, Canada, the UK, Holland, Italy,
Germany and France.
All prices
are FOB our closest warehouse.
Because
of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to precisely estimate
shipping costs online. However, since we have arranged for lowest shipping
rates with various carriers and forwarders, we make sure to use the lowest
cost carrier whatever your order.
To receive
your order, you must provide a complete and valid mailing address. We
are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. All packages are signature
required.
Most
orders ship out from NOBLE within 2-4 business days. In the event your
order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by email and
informed the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged
until the merchandise has been shipped.
You may
also advise us of any special shipping requirements or instructions during
checkout.

Returns
/ Exchanges / Damaged Products
How
Do I Return a Purchase?
NOBLE is dedicated to your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange item.
Returned items must be in unused condition. NOBLE will not accept a return of any item with scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case, or signs of alterations.
Products must be repacked in their original packaging materials. Shipping charges and small order fees or non refundable.

Your shipping information may also be supplied to a third-party fulfillment center, but your name and address will not be used for any other purpose than delivery of your order. Your name and address will not be sold to mailing-list firms.
